We offer a Free tier and a Pro tier (₹999/month). Each tier has specific usage limits and features as described on our pricing page. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Razorpay's e-mandate flow under RBI guidelines) to charge your selected payment method ₹999 every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from Manage Subscription; cancelling stops the next renewal but you keep Pro access until the end of the cycle you have already paid for. Razorpay will email you 24 hours before each renewal as required by RBI.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. We never store your full credit/debit card or UPI details on our servers. Prices are subject to change for future renewals with at least 30 days' notice; price changes never apply retroactively. If a renewal charge fails, Razorpay will retry per its standard schedule. After repeated failures the subscription is paused and you can update your payment method from Manage Subscription to resume access.
Cancel anytime from Manage Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle — you retain full Pro access until that date and are not charged again. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within an active cycle.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. To request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, email support@vastorb.com. Refunds are not available for repeat purchases or after the 7-day window.
Refunds are processed through Razorpay back to the original payment method and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days. The full policy is available at /refund-policy.
Our platform uses AI to generate study content, practice questions, and explanations. While we strive for accuracy:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason at our discretion. Upon termination:
All content on our platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, AI-generated questions, study plans, and software, is the property of Vastorb or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal exam preparation only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vastorb shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or exam scores, arising from your use of the platform.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
