Refund Policy

Subscription model

Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription (₹999/month) processed through Razorpay's RBI-compliant e-mandate. Each cycle is paid in advance: you are charged once when you subscribe, then again every 30 days until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Manage Subscription — cancelling stops the next renewal but does not refund the cycle you are currently in.

7-day money-back guarantee

If you are a first-time subscriber and you are not satisfied with Vastorb, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of your initial purchase. To qualify:

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the original payment date.
  • You must be a first-time paying customer (refunds are not offered on renewals or repeat purchases).
  • Email support@vastorb.com from the address registered on your account.

What is not refundable

  • Renewal payments after your first billing period.
  • Subscriptions purchased more than 7 days ago.
  • Accounts that have been suspended or terminated for breaching our Terms of Service.
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of an active billing period (you keep access until the end of the period you paid for).

How refunds are processed

  1. Email support@vastorb.com with the subject line "Refund request" and your account email + Razorpay payment ID.
  2. Our team reviews each request within 2 business days.
  3. If approved, the refund is issued through Razorpay back to the original payment method.
  4. Refunds typically appear in your bank/card account in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Vastorb does not charge any service fee on a refund. Your bank or card issuer may apply their own processing fees or take longer to credit the amount; that is outside our control.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription anytime from Manage Subscription. Cancelling stops any future renewal but does not trigger a refund — you continue to have full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
