Our platform is designed for competitive-exam aspirants and is open to users aged 13 and above. Under India's DPDP Act, users under 18 are considered children and must use the platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older, OR that you have your parent/guardian's permission to use the service. We do not run targeted advertising or behavioural tracking on accounts identified as belonging to users under 18.
We use trusted infrastructure providers based outside India to operate the platform — primarily Supabase (database & authentication) and OpenAI / Google (AI question generation). When you use Vastorb, your account details and learning data may be processed on servers located in the United States or other regions these providers operate in. All transfers happen over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and are covered by the providers' own data-protection commitments. By using the service you consent to this cross-border processing, which is permitted under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
